Dear Parents,

Thank you all for an amazing school year. We have just about a month of school left and I can hardly believe how quickly this school year has gone by. As we move closer to summer break please encourage your child to continue to strive and do their best. There are just a few weeks left to learn as much as they can. Over the summer,  I encourage you to have your child read and practice their math facts, so they do not lose that valuable knowledge they have learned this school year.

Our Science Fair held in April was once again incredible, we had so many amazing projects! Thank you to PTA for providing this program to our school and an extra thank you to our Science Fair committee and judges for volunteering their time.

State Testing for 3rd-6th grades will be next week. If you have a child at one of these grade levels please be sure they get a good night's sleep and eat a healthy breakfast, this will give them the energy to complete the test. We also ask that if your child has headphones or earbuds at home, to please have them brought to school for the week. The testing involves some listening portions and it is nice for students to wear headphones that are comfortable to them.

I look forward to seeing you all at Open House, May 25th.  Remember it will be a minimum day on Friday, May 26th, dismissal at 12:55 pm.

Ms. Snowden
